The Import Reality
Tesla doesn't have a direct sales presence in Ethiopia or East Africa. Importing a Tesla means sourcing through authorized resellers in regions where Tesla operates (UAE, Israel, China), arranging international shipping, and handling all customs clearance independently. We've done this — and it's not as complex as you'd expect when you have the right partners on both ends.
Charging in Addis
Tesla's Supercharger network doesn't reach Ethiopia, but every Tesla can charge from a standard 220V outlet — slower, yes, but practical for overnight charging at home or office. For commercial deployment, we can also arrange installation of Type 2 wall connectors that match Tesla's adapter, cutting full-charge times to 4–6 hours.

Currently we can source the Model 3 (sedan, $42,000+), Model Y (SUV, $48,000+), Model S (executive, $90,000+), and Model X (luxury SUV, $100,000+).
